You may have viable claims for discrimination and for violation of equal pay laws, but you have not presented sufficient facts to properly evaluate your claim.
I strongly suggest you meet with a plaintiff-side labor lawyer to discuss the specifics of your case and obtain advice as to what you can do.
If you are being treated differently/unfairly BECAUSE of your gender, it is unlawful discrimination in the workplace. You would have to prove by witnesses, documents, patterns of conduct, etc. that the company is not paying you the same as males BECAUSE of your gender and not for other reasons. Contact an employment law attorney. Have the pertinent dates, facts, etc. when you call. Most of us offer a free initial phone consultation and if it appears that you may have a good case, will take your case at no cost to you.

I also think that you may have a viable gender discrimination case but again there are insufficient facts to indicate the difference in pay is based on gender, perhaps even age if you are over 40, and not other factors such as more experience and education. Consult with an employment attorney such as myself. I hope this helps.
Yes, the Equal Pay Act, and the Civil Rights Acts, prohibit such disparity. If you can prove what you say, you have what appears to be a valid and valuable claim. If serious about pursuing it, feel free to contact me. I've been doing such cases for over 25 years.
