Final wages

I've recently quit my job after not having been paid for the months of December, January and February. What recourse do I have to collect my unpaid wages. Do I have any recourse if my former employer files for bankruptcy?

Yes, yes. File a complaint and claim with the Labor Commissioner, and if the company goes BK, file a wage claim - you get priority over other creditors.
