Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have tried to find in the California Labor Laws the minimum hours an employer is required to employ someone per day? Is it 3hours per day or 2 hours per day. thank you for you time and efforts.

If the job is part time, the agreement with you determines the specific hours. If you have a shift you are supposed to work, but are turned away when you get there, you should be entitled to 2 hours 'show up' pay.
