was fire for no reason my boss pay by cas and some check like to know if there is anything i can do about it work for this company over 6yeaars

In general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or fired any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice.

If you have a claim for unpaid wages, you can file it with the Labor Commissioner.
