Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am not sure why I was fired from my job, my boss told me i could clean the faculity on the side and then when her boss found out my boss denied she said i could clean on the side, then I told the company i work for that my boss a month ago sold some freight for cash and said it was ok'd by her boss to pay for the fixing up of your terminal,my manager also gave me access to her sign on to work us when she was late and or when she was not there to set up start times for other employes. I beleive she lied to her boss about all of it and now we are both fired, i am fired for willfulness misconduct but nothing was willing on my side.

Not only are there no laws against poor management, 'unfair treatment', or rude, obnoxious or harassing behavior by management or other employees, but in general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or terminated any time for any reason, with or without cause, explanation or notice. Any employee's goal should be to keep their supervisors happy and make them look good to the company, and make the company money. Thats how the company pays employee wages. If you don't, then don't be surprised to be replaced.
