If you were terminated b/c you complained about not getting paid, then you have a wrongful termination in violation of public policy claim. Basically, employers cannot fire you for complaining about wages, no matter how much you are owed. I would recommend that you contact me or another attorney on this site to pursue a claim against the company.

You have stated the grounds for a claim of an illegal retaliatory firing, if you can prove what you allege. If serious about pursuing it, feel free to contact me.
