Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was fired recently and didnt receive unemployment.. I appealed it twice. and also proved that employer lied under oath. Is there anyway I can still fight

your appeal[s] are your only remedy. IF you had proved to the satisfaction of the hearing judge that the company lied and that they had no misconduct or gross negligence 'cause' provable, then you would have won. Apparently you didn't convince the judge.
