I am being fired for bad language, this is not my first adverse action. I need to now my rights, should I quit or fight?

If you think you are being falsely accused, fight. If you are a State employee, you have certain rights which you should discuss with your union representative, and do so quickly because there are very strict time deadlines.

Since you're either in a union or a civil servant, your rights are defined by CBA or personnel rules. "Fight it"? At what cost? Even if you 'win', I suspect that reasons to terminate will be found later. Feel free to contact me if interested in consulting about the actual facts and getting representation. Who knows, you may be able to avoid termination if hanled properly.
