Legal Question in Employment Law in California

FMLA/ CFRA Violations and NOW MORE! HELP!

Took 12 weeks FMLA and 1 week CFRA leave in 2004 after baby's birth. (Employer misinformed me 2x about amount of time availble for maternity leave/baby bonding - due to this I returned to work early and had to stop breastfeeding. Had I been properly informed, I would've take more time off and continued breastfeeding). Returned to job and they gave 1/2 of my job away - took my staff away, moved my desk and made me report to my replacement. Tried to give me new title, but I fought to keep it. I asked if I could take the rest of my CFRA leave in Nov/Dec 2004 - they said no because my boss was going on disability during that same time frame. He said take it in January/February 05. I took 7 weeks off. Since he denied my original request, I lost a number of weeks that I could've taken...I did not make him aware of this. Now the president (who demoted me) is firing my ''new'' boss and wants to give me my old job back. It's a LONG story!

1 - Can I sue for any of this...misinforming me of leave time, discrimination - sex and parental status, making me change my CFRA leave dates, the new job bs...it's constant abuse - I'm emotionally drained and stressed - it's almost intolerable. I feel abused. HELP PLEASE!
