Help me Please

I found out mid September that I was expecting I almost

immediately taken off from work 6-8 weeks post partum. I

didn't make 1 year of service until November 11th however

the job still would have paid me for disablity for only a

certain period of time. I was denied disability twice with

appeal. I was terminated from my position after the job

knowing all the reasons I was disabled and for how long from

day one. They gave me info over the phone just today

3/23/04 with the pregnancy leave of 4months and that was all

they were giving and since my pregnancy disables me further

than that they fired me . i wasn't notified of the fmla or

pregnancy leave ever all i was giving was denial the etire

time of my

A company only has to provide the legal amount of pregnancy and possibly FMLA leave; after that you can be fired. If that is what happened, sorry. If you are still owed leave, and will return to work within the legal limits, they have to keep you - if they don't, then an attorney could help convince them otherwise, or file suit if they violated the law. Contact if you think they did.
