Legal Question in Employment Law in California
My friend used my phone to send a nude photo of himself to everyone on my contacts list. Two of the recipients are female coworkers of mine. As a result I have been placed on suspension and face possible termination and demotion for sexual harassment. If I am terminated or demoted, do I have recourse in the courts?

Perhaps but there are some obvious questions, how did a nude photo of your friend get on your phone? What proof do u have that your friend actually did this. Why would he do this? How and why did he have your phone. I would think you might have an uphill battle.
Well you could always sue him, if you're willing to invest the money for attorney fees and litigation costs of a suit, and if you really think you could ever actually collect any of the money judgment if you get one.
