Looking for grounds to terminate me

im an employee who works with a supervisor.im starting to see that she is looking for any excuse to fire me.i love my job and i dont ever complain,and i work hard.which all she does is sit the 5 hrs im there just talking to her friend.when something goes wrong she blames it on me,to the bosses out of town.theres alot of issues the bosses from out of town spoke to us about meaning [following orders]and she dont do them.when i know i have to follow orders, she tells me {no dont do it} because she says so.and i still get written up for it.and when she tells me to do something i do it and later she turns things around and makes me look bad and i get written up for it.i always feel shes setting me up for failure.please help i dont want to loose this job.

As an 'at will' employee, you can be fired at any time, without cause. Find a new job as fast as you can.

As an 'at will' employee, you can be fired at any time; they don't have to have 'grounds'. Find a new job as fast as you can.
