Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Harassmemt

My questions is: If someone writes on your time card a detoratory remark is this harassment? Is it unlawful for another employee try to get other employees to say things to get you fired from your place of employement? If you tell your supervisors about these item and they have heard it them selve and they have not tried to stop it but to tell everyone not to talk to me. What would be my recourse?

If 'derogatory' means racial, ethnic, sexual or other illegal comments and conduct, then you may have a harassment case if the company fails to remedy the problem after complaint. Call if interested 714-960-7584
