Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Harrassment at work

I have a co-worker that is very zealous in her religious beliefs. She has stated that witches worship satan and such. However, she knows that I am a student of Wicca. Yet, she continues to disrespect my religious beliefs. What can I do to protect my rights and those of other persons who may or may not be like minded?

Even if she is right, the workplace is not where such debates belong, so ask her to not discuss it, and if she doesn't stop, then ask the employer to counsel her to keep her comments to herself. You got it.
