Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was hired as an outside sales rep, for a distribution company. When I was hired I was getting .45 cent to the mile when driving around calling on customers. Now he has stoped paying this and I need to pay for it myself and I am still required to be checking in on my customers and going on new sales leads he tells me to. I thought that this is a Federal Law he need's to pay for are gas if I am required to be making sales calls to customers?

No, it is up to company policy, and to you to agree or not.
