Legal Question in Employment Law in California

hostile work environment - current politics

I work in an office where some coworkers near my cubicle have become very angry and outspoken about politics. They spend hours every week complaining loudly about current issues. I think most people would consider them radical. They also display partisan political books and display them in order to strike up conversations and/or arguements about the subjects. I do not participate in these subjects. I have asked them to stop and told them it upsets me and I told our boss too and nothing changed. After some political events I do not go to work for a day or two just to let them cool off so I don't have to listen to them rant. In addition to them not working, it prevents others from working too, including me. What can I do? Any advice?

Complain to mgmt about the disruption and interference with work. If it continues without mgmt remedy, look for a new job.
