What is a hostile working environment?
A woman I work with constantly attacks me verbally. I know that she may be mentaly ill, as do my co-workers, but since she is affecting my job performance, and creating an hostile environment, what can I do?

Put your complaint in writing to the company, and request appropriate remedy. If none is forthcoming, then contact an attorney to see what legal claims you can make, such as WCAB stress or 'hostile environment'.
