24/7. That's why you get paid the big bucks. But, only if you're actually in an executive, administrative, professional, or other exempt capacity. If not properly classified as salaried, you're entitled to OT for over 8/40. If that is the case, feel free to contact me if serious about collection unpaid overtime and penalties.

There has been a lot of litigation regarding the issue of whether employees are properly salaried (exempt from overtime compensation). You may not be correctly classified as exempt.
