Got hurt during the first boss's tenure, then got fired after the second boss came on board. Can I sue?

On job injuries are handled through Workers Comp, you can file a claim for the injury. If you can somehow demonstrate the firing was in retaliation somehow for the injury, you can also file a 132a claim in Workers Comp.
