Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Why my husband has not been paid for over time?

My husband has work double shifts and not been paid over time. He has worked days and not been paid at all. He began to question this with his boss and his boss has since cut his hours in half. Please help.

In order for any attorney here to properly attempt to assist you, we need to know the type of work company for which he works, the type of work performed, his job title and the hours he now works after being "cut in half."

Only with this information will anyone be able to provide you with a substantive response.

He needs to file a claim for unpaid wages with the Labor Commissioner, and if he needs help - contact a local attorney that handles adminstrative and employment matters. Call Lawyers Referral Service if you don't know an attorney.
