iEEOC and FEHD on 5/19/08 Gov was fired on 9/4/2008
They create a panel to dictate & looking into employees medical records if U were sick. This panel of people will give U treatment plan if U disagreed with their plans they will not pay for your treatments /surgeries. I reported this to gov agencies subsquently they use a supervisor to accuse me of pulling a patient's IV line. My manager had the papers ready for my termination. In the meeting , I told them I have the patient's hand written letter attested that I did not dislodge her IV line. My manager asked me to leave the room for 15 mins so they can discussed. 20 mins later they asked me to come in. My manager changed the core issue of the meeting , she said this meeting is not about you pulling the patient's IV . This meeting is about poor customer service and you involved a patient on disputed with your supervisor ( They pulled me to the meeting because my supervisor making false report ) They gave me the final written warning and i was suspensed for 3 days without pay. The Union filed a grievance on May 23 ,2008 I was fired on 9/4/2008 , the grievance never took place. 1 incident in 06. I went home early, the exam was done by another tech , she used the wrong medication. I was home . they wrote me up

Your only rights are under the union.
