Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have been injured because of the type of work that I am required to do at work and they keep making me do the same type of work in escess. I have told them that I can't do it but to deaf ears. Now I am being accused that I injured myself at home which I wasn't sure if I did but found out after doing the same job that it is indeed what caused my injury.
