Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was injuried on my job

Anothe employee ran into me with a food cart.

I am having a horrible time w/compamnyto do anything for me.

I am not getting paid any wages.

Why not what is the law?

I have no money , i have no vehicle. I am in terrible pain.

Isn't it their r esponsibility to insure i am tken care of and totally healthy so as to not lose monies as well a to return me whole. This fellow hit me, then went on to hit 3 more of us.

General rule is if you get hurt at work, the employer or its insurance carrier are required to provide medical treatment, temporary disability, permamnent disability
