can i go to jail for saying no on a application regarding a felony?

If you are referring to an application for employment, you won't go to jail for lying on the application (assuming that is what you are doing), but you can certainly be denied a job, or fired, if you got the job through false pretenses.

If you committed perjury by making false statements on an application for government employment or licensing, or loans, yes. For private employment applications, you just get denied or fired.
