Legal Question in Employment Law in California
job sexual harassment
My manager verbally sexually harrasses other females at our work place. I brought the issue to the company owner. When he questioned them thay denied everything.I m now being threatened with termination for alse accusation. The owner said he will use laziness as the reason for my firing. Is this legal? Is there anything I can do?

Re: job sexual harassment
"Legal?" Mgmt has a right to rely on employee statements made during such investigation, which in this case make you out as a 'false accuser'. Your termination or other discipline would be justified on those grounds. You'd better find a way of proving your basis for the allegations.
