Legal Question in Employment Law in California

If you knowingly took unemployment benefits while working full time for three months, what could I expect as a penalty? And would it be better to report myself rather than have it investigated fully?

Jail or prison upon conviction of the fraud charges if they catch and arrest you.

Hire an attorney to advise and represent you on what you need to do to deal with this crisis.

If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
