Laid off even with good record

I was laid off even when I had customers and followed required utalization %, still I was picked even if I am more senior then others, Even staff with sponsored work permit was kept when I have 21 service years

Hello.

If you are an at will employee, you can be terminated for any reason or no reason as long as it's not an unlawful reason such as discrimination and/or retaliation.

Since you have been working in the company for 21 years, chances are that the company has terminated you for an improper reason (age discrimination is one common claim that long time employees have), but more facts are necessary to establish this.
