laws on Air flow in the work place

whats the law on how hot it can be in a work place while people are working? I work in a building that has no windows and they close the only door and turn off the air while we work for anywhere from 2-4 hours with HPS light and it's also a electronic store.

Can't give you a specific answer, but you should contact the Cal OSHA people with your complaint, along with the local building inspectors.
