Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was layed off of work due to the company's lack of work, however i was given no prior notification and a coworker was promoted to full time last week. I am in California and read a little bit of the WARN act stuff and am 95% sure the company is less than 75 people. Am i entitled to some kind of recourse or is unemployment all that i am entitled to?
