Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I just left my job of 3 years and was wondering if they were wrong to not provide breaks during a 6, 7, and 8 hour shift?

Yes it was wrong. Contact the Dept. of Industrial Relations, Bureau of Labor Standards Enforcement to file a claim.

Breaks and lunches are required. If you can prove that you were denied, you could file a claim with the Labor Commissioner for the unpaid compensation, interest and penalties. If serious about hiring counsel to help you in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me. If successful in your claim, you are entitled to recover your attorney fees.
