liability waver for food delivery drivers

I need a liability waver that limits my companies lability when it comes to drivers. I own a food delivery service, and I want the drivers to be resposible and liable for themselves, and if they get in a car accident, I want it to be ther own insurances responsibility and for my company to be free of that responsibility. What waver do I need, and where can I find a template of it?

Dream on. If they work for you, you are responsible for any on-job damage they cause through negligence and accidents. No such waiver is going to hold up in court, and you are probably violating the Labor Code in trying to force the employees to do this.
