They Are Liying

A co-bus driver had told the boss i had cut her off at an intersection. But she also added other things that didnt happen. A supervisor was sent to follow me the next day , and reported to the boss things that were not true. I tryed to explane and told him i could prove he was being lied to. But still I got suspended and got fired. Ive been working there 5 years . And a coplaint of me by the public was rare . what can i do.

If in a union, file your grievance. If not in a union, you could consult with an attorney to see if there are grounds for a claim of wrongful termination, but keep in mind this is an 'at will' state. Contact me if interested.
