Locating Employer's Assets

I received a judgement in my favor from the Labor Board. I want to file a lien. How can I find out the assets of my former employer?

Re: Locating Employer's Assets

You don't want a lien, you want to collect. Record you judgment with the county recorder office and then apply for a writ of execution. You will have to have an asset search done, or simply levy on the payroll checking account that issued your checks. If the amount is high enough to justify hiring an attorney, contact me if interested.
