Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am a male and work in California. At my place of employment we have three restrooms. All are single-occupancy that can be locked from the inside. One is marked Men, one marked Women and the third is gender neutral. Because both the mans and the neutral restrooms were occupied, I went into the restroom marked women to urinate. A female employee complained and said that she was going to file a sexual harassment claim against me and my employer. Does she have a grounds to do so?

No, good grief. The employer should not take such silly claim seriously.
