If you are saying your personal confidential or medical information was improperly disclosed to others without a need to know, that is not allowed and could be grounds for legal action for the privacy violation.

If you are saying the employer talked to you about your poor job performance in front of others, that is not 'illegal' or grounds for legal action, although it is poor management style.

You mention age, so if you contend you are being 'illegally' discriminated against because of your age, you will need to show evidence of that motive and conduct, before concluding you can bring legal action.

With that, if you believe you have grounds for valid legal action, feel free to contact me to discuss your evidence.
