I was a manager and was oncall 24\7 i was never paid overtime and my job desriptsaid NON-EXEMPT

Can I claim Overtime I was fired last friday the 6th

Whether you have a claim depends on whether or not you were truly exempt as a matter of law. How were you paid? What were your duties? Were you truly a manager, or was this just a way for your employer to avoid paying overtime?

If actually an exempt employee, then you are entitled to OT. File your claim with the Labor Commissioner.
