I recently got paid for 2 months of mileage july, and august. I have not got paid from january through june because i didnt not turn in my mileage sheet on time. So i'm not getting paid. Re: Mileage

Can they? They did, didn't they?

If you don't comply with the rules, should they? However, they can't deny you payment, they can only delay it. If you don't get paid, you could file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner.
