Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i am nit picked and treated very different than everyone else i feel my job is in danger on a daily basis. i am over weight and i am told i dont move fast enough. today i a conversation was over heard that we need to get rid of those white bitches refuring to myself and a co-worker is that legal?

Obesity is not a 'protected category' under the civil rights laws, and such harassment is not 'illegal'. However, the 'white bitches' comment would seem to indicate a race discrimination problem. If you have complained to mgmt and they have done nothing to remedy, then you may have grounds for legal action if you can prove the discrimination. If so, feel free to contact me.
