Fees to do what?
To get a judgment? That requires filing a lawsuit and doing all the things necessary to go to trial or get a default. The fees are to be negotiated and agreed upon before he starts. Could be hourly, flat rate, contingency, or some combination.
To collect on an existing judgment you already have? The fees also depend upon whether the attorney is willing to do it on hourly, flat rate, contingency, or some combination.
If serious about hiring counsel, contact me to discuss the case and expected fees.
