My God man, have you never heard of the Nigerian check scam over the last 20 years, which is what this is??? You get a phony cashiers or certified check to deposit, you send their 'share' and keep yous, only to have your band empty your account and sue you when their check bounces in a few days or weeks. You end up bankrupt. There is no such thing as a free lunch, and no such thing as big 'free' money without effort. Just what are your professional and business qualifications and experience that would make a legitimate company want you as their high finance representative???
