Legal Question in Employment Law in California

What are my options when being put on administration leave for hostile work environment facing termination? This is the first time being spoken to about this type of situation never have been in any type of verbal nor physical confrontation with staff, allegations came after a new staff was hired and had filed a complaint against a family member of mine who works in another department. The staff and I have filed complaints against our Director in the past for verbal abuse no real results came of it which our Director has a very close relationship with one of the very head Directors of the company. From that complaint, she has in attempts tried to deny our mandatory raise as well as fire staff that made the original complaints. There is much more about this situation but my question today is what my option now is or if fired due to this complaint and the fact it will now be on my record as an aggressive employee? Thank you

Options? To try to negotiate a 'quit' with no record, rather than be fired and unemployable.
