Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was overpaid by Management, when I brought it to my Manager's attention they told me not to worry about it, it's under control. But when HR noticed the discrepancy they suspended me without pay pending investigation. Whats my next step? and do my superiors hold any accountability?

Your next step, which you should have immediately done, is to take your Manager to HR and have him tell what you said/.he said.
