Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have been owed four months of pay for the past six months and my previous employer, which is a California State University, is no longer responding to my requests for information regarding when my paycheck will be arriving. What kind of legal action can I take?

Since you were likely in a union, file a grievance. You may also be able to bring a claim with the Labor Commissioner.
