Should I get paid for driving during work?
Me and the members of my team do the same amount of work but i have to drive also because im the only one with a licence, my boss dosnt want to pay me for doing the driving also, I have to drive for several hours a day while my team members get to sleep for that time, when we get to the job site they are rested and start working but i get no rest, does my boss has to pay me for driving? i already talked to him but he just said no.
I aplied as a driver but i have to do the same work as my team members and i get paid the same as them.

Yes. When you are driving his employees around you are working for him and he has to pay you.
You have to be paid for all time you work, at the agree hourly rate. You don't get extra for driving on the job unless the employer policy is to pay for your gas or expenses or by mileage. They don't have to do so.
