Do I get paid overtime for working on Thanksgiving?

Not unless you work overtime hours (excess of 8 in a day or 40 in a week). There is no law that requires employers to pay overtime for holidays. Some companies have policies to do so, as an incentive to get volunteers. But if there is no such policy with your employer, there is no requirement to pay overtime unless overtime is actually worked.
