Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am a well paid salaried and exempt employee of a large consulting firm. For over 9 months I have been required to fly Sundays to be at a client sight for Monday morning in New York City. I was also required to be at the client site through Friday afternoons resulting in my arriving back to San Francisco very late on Friday nights. My employer has not compensated me for any of this personal travel time. Do I have any recourse legally?

If you are salaried and exempt, then no. It's part of what you are paid for.
You need to look up the meaning of 'salaried' and of 'exempt' in the CA Labor Code. That's what you get paid the big bucks for, your unlimited time commitment to the company - 24/7. Some schlumps get to work 80 or 100 hour weeks for their 'salaried exempt' pay and 'grand titles'. You can always seek another job, or try to negotiate something with your employer.
