Not being paid in a timely manner

I work for a large termite and pest firm. I'm paid on an hourly bases on eevery friday. for about five months i get paid real late. sometimes have to wait for my check for 8 days. the payroll dept is in another state. My local mangement does nothing but come up with excuses and exuses,My bank is ready to close my account and my credit is shot to hell, I'm unable to pay my bills on time, My wife is sick of this and so I'm I. Need help!

Contact the local Labor Commissioner's office and file a claim and request they help.
