Legal Question in Employment Law in California

do past employerss how up on credit check?

I got an offer from a big 4 accounting firm. The problem is I listed 2 of my past jobs and left 1 out, because after 2 weeks on the job I quit as it wasn't a good fit for me (let's be honest in this economy you gotta look as good as possible). Do employers have a way of seeing that I had that past job? say via credit check or something?

Of course they can. And when they find out you lied, they can fire you for resume fraud.
