Pay at layoff
When am I supposed to be payed, when I am notified that I am layedoff at the end of the workday ?

Within 24 hours of lay off. IF you still haven't been paid, file a complaint at the Labor Commissioner. Contact me if you want representation at the hearings and trial.

California law requijred that you be paid in full at the time of termination. Penalties can apply for failure to pay on time.
