Pay for meetings

Do we have to pay our production staff for a meeting (mandatory/voluntary?) held on a weekend day? The meeting will only be two hours long.

Of course; at OT rate; and maybe four hours.

I am always astonished at such questions. Of course you do and, if this time is in excess of 40 hour week, must pay overtime.
